On October 5th, local community leaders unveiled "Project Hometown" a non-profit, grassroots organization comprised of citizens, public and private entities, businesses, and community partners – all who believe in the revitalization of Orlando's downtown. Project Hometown supports the building and renovation of three community venues – the Orlando Performing Arts Center, the Florida Citrus Bowl, and an Events Center – as one, visionary initiative for all who call Central Florida home. The group will encourage everyone to become active in the debate in "building them all, building them now, and building them right."
